Saama Kairo Federation is a Community Based Organization (CBO) and is a child development and protection agency.  The Federation began operations in 2004 by an Act of Parliament and registered as a CBO. It is also registered with the Ministry of Justice. The Federation works with children and their families in communities within the Kombo Central and Kombo East Districts where poverty continues to be a challenge.
