We implement a wide range of development programs aligned with the life stages of children and youth:

Life Stage 1 :

Responsive and Protective Parenting Program Model (RPPPM). – Ages 0–5

Focus: Holistic development of young children

Interventions:

Parenting education

- - Access to quality pre-primary education
  - Nutrition and health screening
  - Safe, nurturing learning environments

Life stage 2 : Education for Protection and Wellbeing(EPW)– Ages 6–14

Focus: Improving learning outcomes and school retention

Interventions:

- - School supplies and uniforms
  - Remedial and after-school programs
  - Teacher training and school infrastructure support
  - Life skills and child rights education

Life stage 3:Youth Work Readiness and Participation – Ages 15–24

Focus: Empowering youth for employability and responsible adulthood

Interventions:

TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training)

- - Entrepreneurship and business startup support
  - Mentorship and soft skills training
  - SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights) education
